FALP is a private non-profit institution specialized in the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of cancer. We have a focus on the patient and his family, serving patients in the public health system as private, which allows us to access a large volume of patients, giving us high experience in oncology. In general, the work schedule is from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., with 45 min. of lunch, in our casino (food is included), and on Fridays we leave the working area between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m. The weekend work only the areas of pavilion, on Saturday am, hospitalized and critical patient. The presidency of the institution is very close to the workers and when there are utilities they usually give a (discreet) bonus to the workers. There is also a holiday bonus and at the end of the year, along with supplementary health insurance that is paid at low cost and can be taken by anyone who wants it, is not mandatory. In general I can say that it is an excellent institution to work with, compared to the standard in Chile.
